Concert Call Time: Call times for concerts are at 7:00PM. If you have a recurring issue that will keep you from making that 7:00PM downbeat, please email [email protected].

Reminder to visit our apparel store for other optional items. The store is now closed and will reopen next season.
Emergency Absences: If you are falling ill or have an emergency the day of the concert, please notify the personnel manager via e-mail ([email protected]) and someone else in your section if possible.
Concert Rain Plan: At present we expect our rain site to be Waukegan High School, Jackson St. Campus. But In the event of poor weather conditions, band members will be notified via e-mail, the band website, and Facebook page by 5:00PM. There are at least three of us who manage these channels, so if you see it in one place, you will likely get the notification in others. It just depends on where we are at the time a decision is made.

Are you interested in supporting our band and making a little extra cash this summer? We are looking for individuals who can commit to most of the season to work set-up and tear down for rehearsals and concerts. This can even be a non-musician family member if you know someone willing to commit to about 45 minutes prior to and 30 minutes following rehearsals and performances. Please email [email protected].
