Bernard Stiner Memorial Scholarship
In 2014, the Waukegan Band launched the "Waukegan Band Foundation Stiner Memorial Scholarship," to be awarded to a talented musician(s) who performs with us, applies and is selected for a college scholarship.     

Scholarship applicants are required to submit postmarked applications by the specified deadline each year and may email waukeganband@gmail.com in advance to secure arrangements.
